When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected and whatever you write in the message field. That's it — there is no account to create and no payment taken on this site.

Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving the page.

To reply to your enquiry, quote the work, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Only the two of us, plus the service that delivers our email and the service that hosts this website. We don't pass your details to third-party advertisers.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll say so here and keep it to aggregate visit data.

Enquiries are kept while there's a live conversation and for as long as we need them for our tax and business records. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we're legally required to keep them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email or ring us using the details below and we'll handle it directly. If you're not happy with our response you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
