Terms of service. The same ones we quote you.

Prices published on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to every invoice.

Before work starts you get a written quote. That figure is fixed for the scope described in it. If you change the scope, we tell you what the change costs and wait for your go-ahead before doing it.

One-off projects are invoiced with a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion, unless the quote says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.

Websites go live once the final invoice is paid.

Copy, images, logos and access to any existing accounts. We can write and generate what's missing, but timelines assume you come back to us with feedback and content in reasonable time.

You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us.

Each project includes the rounds of changes named in its quote. Extra rounds are quoted before they're done. Turnaround estimates on this site are typical, not guaranteed, and they start from the day we have what we need from you.

On a one-off build, you own the finished website and its files once it's paid for in full. On the Web Care Plan, we own and maintain the site while the plan runs, and the published buy-out figure transfers the files to you.

Your domain name is registered in your name in both cases. Third-party software, fonts and stock assets stay under their own licences.

Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled with a month's notice in writing. There is no exit fee. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.

If a project is cancelled part-way, you pay for the work completed to that point.

Some of what we make — video, imagery, voice and chat responses — is produced using AI tools. We review it before it reaches you. Chat and voice agents answer from the material you give us, and they can still get something wrong, so we set them up to hand over to a human when they're out of depth.

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the work concerned, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
